    Finishing and Contract Items

    Paint, tiling, joinery and tile bonding are checked against the QBCC tolerance thresholds. We also walk through your full contract schedule — landscaping, fencing, tapware, appliances and finish selections — so anything outstanding is documented in writing before you sign the handover certificate. Verbal promises are not sufficient — the report is.
