    Finishing and Contract Items

    Paint, tiling and tile selection are checked against the QBCC tolerance thresholds and your contract schedule. We also walk through your full contract — landscaping, fencing, driveway and selected finishes — so anything outstanding is documented before you sign the handover certificate.
