Warranty Inspections Across North Lakes
Homes built in North Lakes from 2018 to 2024 are now entering their structural warranty window. The QBCC's six-year six-month structural warranty means that significant defects identified before mid-2031 in homes completed before late 2024 may still be the builder's responsibility.
