When should I book a Homecorp PCI inspection?
Book as soon as your builder notifies you of a handover date — ideally 3–5 business days before you're due to accept the keys. We offer same-week availability.
Does Homecorp allow independent inspectors on site?
Yes. Under Queensland law and standard construction contracts, you have the right to have an independent inspector attend your property at any stage of construction. Homecorp cannot legally refuse access.
What if Homecorp disputes the defects?
