Inspection Data & Sources
We publish the numbers behind our work and the public sources you can check yourself. Every claim VG Inspect makes is either drawn from our own records or backed by an independent authority — never an unsourced statistic.
Aggregate findings
Anonymised across all inspections — no property, owner or builder is identified.
Figures marked “[ADAM TO FILL]” are awaiting confirmation from VG Inspect's own inspection records and will be populated before this page is published.
How every claim is verified
Licensing. VG Inspect holds QBCC contractor licence 1318443 and operates as VG Inspect Pty Ltd, ABN 27 676 768 344. Both are independently checkable on the QBCC register.
Findings. Every defect in a report cites the specific Australian Standard or NCC clause it relates to, so the basis for each call is documented — not a matter of opinion. See our full methodology and the standards library.
Reviews. Rating figures reflect verified Google reviews and are not edited or curated.
Neutrality. Our role is independent verification that works alongside the builder. Aggregate data is never framed against any individual builder, and no builder is named in our published findings.
