Which builders does VG Inspect inspect at Harmony?
All of them. VG Inspect is fully independent and inspects homes by any builder active at Harmony including volume builders and boutique builders. We work for you, not your builder.
Can my builder stop me from getting an independent inspection at Harmony?
No. Under Queensland law and standard construction contracts you have the right to have an independent inspector attend your property at any stage of construction. Your builder cannot legally refuse access.
When should I book my inspection at Harmony?
For a PCI, book as soon as your builder notifies you of a handover date — ideally 3–5 business days before you're due to accept the keys. For stage inspections, book as soon as you're notified the stage is complete. We offer same-week availability across all Harmony stages.
Do you cover all stages of Harmony?
