Which builders does VG Inspect inspect at Amara?
All of them. VG Inspect is fully independent and inspects homes by any builder active at Amara including volume builders and boutique builders. VG Inspect provides an independent set of eyes during construction.
Can my builder stop me from getting an independent inspection at Amara?
No. Under Queensland law and standard construction contracts you have the right to have an independent inspector attend your property at any stage of construction. Your builder Inspection access is the owner's right under their building contract — not something the builder grants or refuses.
When should I book my inspection at Amara?
For a PCI, book as soon as your builder notifies you of a handover date — ideally 3–5 business days before you're due to accept the keys. For stage inspections, book as soon as you're notified the stage is complete. We offer same-week availability across all Amara stages.
